Do you ship internationally?

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically fulfilled within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your item ships.

How long does delivery take?

This depends on whether it is an international or domestic order. Orders are typically shipped within 3-4 days of placing the order.

  • USA: 3–5 business days
  • Canada: 7–15 business days
  • UK, Australia, New Zealand: 10–20 business days
  • Other international locations: Up to 30 business days

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $75 USD.

Where do you ship from?

Orders are fulfilled by our U.S.-based printing partner with facilities in Virginia, Georgia, Texas, Nevada, California, and Mexico. We ship from the location closest to you when possible.

How do I track my order?

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. If you haven't received it within 10 business days, please contact us at customersupport@genealogykeepsakes.com.

How do I get a refund for my order?

Our goal is for you to love your order and we strive for 100% satisfaction.

Our genealogy inspired gear is typically non-returnable, but please reach out to us if something isn't right.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Yes. You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

What if I received the wrong item or a defective product?

We're sorry! Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll replace it at no extra cost.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. Simply return the original item and place a new order for the replacement. We’ll guide you through the process once you contact us.

How long does it take to get my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving and approving the returned item. It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

Are there items I can't return?

Yes. We do not accept returns on:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items

What payment methods do you accept?

What currency are prices listed in?

All prices and transactions on our website are in USD (United States Dollars). If you're shopping from outside the U.S., your payment provider may convert the amount to your local currency.

When will I be charged for my order?

Your payment is processed and charged immediately upon checkout. You will receive an order confirmation by email once payment is successful.

Can I use multiple payment methods for one order?

Unfortunately, we cannot split payments across multiple methods at this time. Each order must be completed with a single form of payment.

Do you offer installment or “buy now, pay later” options?

At this time, we do not offer payment plans or financing. However, we may add support for services like Afterpay or Klarna in the future.

My payment failed — what should I do?

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Genealogy Keepsakes offers digital gift cards in various denominations. They're a perfect gift for genealogy lovers who want to choose their own designs.

How are gift cards delivered?

All gift cards are delivered digitally via email. The recipient will receive a unique gift card code they can use at checkout.

Can I send a gift card directly to someone else?

Yes! During checkout, simply enter the recipient’s email address. You can also choose to send it to yourself and forward it manually if you prefer to gift it later.

Can a gift card be used more than once?

Yes. Any remaining balance will stay on the card and can be used for future purchases until the full value is spent.

Can I use a gift card along with a discount code?

Yes! Gift cards act as a form of payment and can be used together with valid discount or promo codes.

Can I refund or return a gift card?

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, unless required by law. They also cannot be returned.

Do gift cards expire?

No, our gift cards never expire. Recipients can use them whenever they’re ready to shop.

What type of T-shirts do you use?

We use high-quality, comfortable unisex tees from Gildan. They are made from soft, breathable cotton (with some cotton/polyester blended options depending on the color). Our shirts are designed for everyday wear and built to last.

How do I choose the right size?

Every product includes a detailed size guide. We recommend checking your measurements and comparing them to the chart to ensure the perfect fit. If you’re between sizes, sizing up is usually safest for a relaxed fit.

Will the print crack or fade over time?

Nope! We use professional-grade direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, which produces vibrant and long-lasting designs — even after many washes.

Are your shirts pre-shrunk?

Most shirts are pre-shrunk, but we still recommend washing in cold water and tumble drying low to preserve fit and print quality.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Nope! You can check out as a guest — no login required. But creating an account lets you track your orders and save your shipping details for faster checkout next time.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

How do I update my shipping address?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, just email us with your name, order number, and the updated address. However, once it's shipped, we may not be able to change the destination.
